- • The Regional Vice President of Operations at AbriCare is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the performance, growth, and quality of a multi-site Personal Care Services (PCS) division, ensuring high-quality care delivery, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and employee engagement across assigned markets.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include providing strategic and operational leadership to multiple PCS locations, driving operational efficiency through standardized workflows and KPIs, managing divisional budgets and P&L statements, hiring and developing local branch leadership, championing client and caregiver experience initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting business development and market expansion efforts.
