- • As Regional Vice President, Partner Programs, you will drive business development by managing relationships with custodial partners like Schwab and Fidelity, sourcing and closing prospects, and transitioning clients to WEG Advisors within your assigned California territory.
- • Your day-to-day includes participating in sponsored events and branch meetings, educating partners and clients on WEG’s financial planning process and investment solutions, presenting WEG’s capabilities, and collaborating with advisors nationwide to align on client needs.
- • You will join Wealth Enhancement Group, an independent wealth management firm serving over 80,000 households nationwide, known for its personalized financial planning through Roundtable and UniFi processes and commitment to enriching clients’ lives since 1997.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in wealth management sales, deepen partner and advisor relationships, and achieve measurable growth in client acquisition and retention, supported by a high-performing team and flexible remote work with regional travel.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, economics or related field (or equivalent experience)
- • Series 65 license or qualifying designation such as CFP or CFA
- • 5+ years of sales experience in the wealth management industry
- • Excellent communication, presentation, listening, and analytical skills
- • Ability to travel within the assigned California region (LA or Bay Area)
- • Must have a clean U4 with no disclosures
