- • As the Regional Vice President of Enterprise Sales for the UK, you will be instrumental in driving WRITER's expansion and success within the enterprise market. This pivotal leadership role involves overseeing a high-performing team of six Enterprise Account Executives, with a clear mandate to acquire new logos, expand existing customer relationships, and ensure seamless renewals.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to consistently deliver against ambitious revenue targets, demonstrating a deep understanding of the enterprise sales landscape and a proven ability to exceed expectations. This will require a hands-on approach, actively engaging in the field with your team to provide direct support, mentorship, and strategic guidance.
- • You will be tasked with refining and optimizing existing sales processes. This includes meticulously establishing and iterating on key stages of the sales funnel, from lead generation and qualification to robust pipeline management, effective Proof of Concept (POC) oversight, and accurate forecasting. The goal is to cultivate a predictable and consistent revenue-generating engine.
- • A core component of your role is the development and coaching of your sales team. You will be responsible for hiring top-tier sales talent who embody WRITER's core values of connect, challenge, and own. Identifying individual strengths and areas for growth will be crucial, enabling you to develop tailored coaching plans that foster both individual career progression and collective team success.
- • Collaboration will be key to your success. You will work closely with various cross-functional teams, including Customer Success, Marketing, Solutions Architecture, and Product. This collaborative effort ensures that WRITER's solutions are strategically aligned to deliver tangible and meaningful business value to our enterprise clients, fostering strong partnerships and driving customer satisfaction.
- • You will be expected to provide regular, insightful sales forecasts and performance reports to senior leadership. These reports should highlight key performance indicators (KPIs), such as pipeline growth, sales cycle length, and close rates, while also identifying areas for strategic improvement and operational enhancement.
- • Cultivating a high-performance culture is paramount. You will foster an environment of collaboration, continuous learning, and mutual support within the sales team. This involves modeling the integrity, positive attitude, and sense of urgency that you expect from your team, setting a clear example for leadership and performance.
- • Beyond team management, you will personally establish and nurture strong, trusted relationships with key executive stakeholders within our enterprise accounts. Acting as a trusted advisor and a dedicated advocate for your clients will be essential in solidifying WRITER's position as a strategic partner.
