  • • You will be responsible for achieving aggressive revenue targets aligned with Coupa’s global $2 billion goal by developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies that convert complex customer challenges into measurable business success, leveraging Coupa’s AI-powered total spend management platform informed by trillions of dollars of global spend data.
  • • Day to day, you will lead, coach, and motivate a team of Account Directors, setting clear performance expectations, conducting regular pipeline reviews, and providing strategic guidance on complex enterprise deals to ensure consistent quota attainment and team development.
  • • You will partner closely with cross-functional leaders in Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Finance to align go-to-market motions, ensure seamless customer handoffs, and incorporate market feedback into product and pricing strategies.
  • • You will build and nurture strategic relationships with C-suite executives and procurement leaders at target enterprise accounts, positioning Coupa as a trusted advisor in digital transformation and spend optimization initiatives.
  • • You will forecast sales performance with accuracy, manage territory planning and resource allocation, and drive accountability through data-driven decision making using CRM and analytics tools.

  • • What the person can learn or achieve in this role: You will gain deep expertise in enterprise AI-driven SaaS sales at scale, refine your leadership in complex, multi-stakeholder environments, and play a pivotal role in shaping Coupa’s market leadership in one of its most strategic regions.
  • • You will have the opportunity to drive significant business outcomes — influencing how some of the UK and Ireland’s largest organizations manage spend — while advancing your career in a fast-growing, innovative company with global reach and a mission to make margins multiply.

  • • Deep understanding of complex enterprise sales cycles, value-based selling methodologies, and the ability to engage C-suite and procurement stakeholders effectively.
  • • Strong familiarity with spend management, procurement, finance, or ERP solutions is highly preferred.
  • • Excellent strategic thinking, forecasting, and analytical skills, with proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and data-driven decision making.
  • • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at the executive level.
