• • As a Registered Behavior Technician at MeBe LLC, you will play a vital role in delivering evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder, directly contributing to their developmental progress in communication, social, and daily living skills within a nurturing, play-filled environment that aligns with the company’s mission to empower families and communities.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include implementing individualized treatment plans designed by BCBAs in 1:1 sessions, accurately recording behavioral data using the Central Reach system on a company-assigned tablet, assisting with personal care needs such as lunch, bathroom, and diaper changes, maintaining a safe and organized workspace, and collaborating with supervisors and families to support treatment goals while upholding professional boundaries.
