📋 Description
- • Provide comprehensive care to approximately 5 patients per 8-hour day, performing general assessments, medication management and teaching, IV infusion education, lab draws, and wound care including NPWT, while coordinating seamlessly between disciplines and providers.
- • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- • Utilize specialized knowledge, judgment, and nursing skills necessary to assess data and plan, provide and evaluate care appropriate to the physical and developmental age of assigned patients.
- • Maintain accurate and complete documentation of patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- • Participate in quality improvement activities to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- • Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients, families, and staff.
🎯 Requirements
- • Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice, temporary/interim RN license in state of practice, or compact RN licensure for current state of practice.
- • BLS certification is required.
- • Additional certification or continuing education may be required based on area of practice.
