- • As a Regulatory Change Management Analyst at ServiceMac, you will play a critical role in ensuring the organization remains compliant with evolving federal and state mortgage servicing regulations, directly supporting business continuity and risk mitigation in a highly regulated industry.
- • You will monitor, interpret, and translate complex regulatory changes into actionable business requirements, enabling operational teams to adapt processes, systems, and policies efficiently while maintaining alignment with GSE, investor, and agency standards.
- • Day to day, you will track proposed and enacted regulations from federal agencies (CFPB, HUD, FHFA), state legislatures, and GSEs (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac), assessing their applicability to ServiceMac’s servicing, corporate governance, and financial operations.
- • You will prepare clear, concise regulatory summaries and requirement matrices that translate legal and technical language into plain-language guidance for compliance, operations, and technology teams.
- • You will maintain the regulatory change management system of record by accurately entering new regulations with complete metadata including citations, effective dates, impacted functions, and risk categorizations.
- • You will collaborate cross-functionally with Compliance, Legal, Operations, and Technology teams in meetings to discuss regulatory impacts, coordinate impact assessments, and track implementation milestones.
- • You will support the Senior Regulatory Change Management Specialist by assisting in tracking action items, facilitating inter-departmental reviews, and ensuring timely execution of regulatory updates.
- • As needed, you will draft, revise, and edit internal policies and procedures under Compliance leadership to reflect new regulatory requirements.
- • You will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders by proactively identifying material regulatory changes and providing timely insights to inform strategic decision-making.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- • 2+ years of mortgage servicing experience
- • Proven ability to read, interpret, and apply federal and state laws, regulations, and policy requirements
- • Strong knowledge of mortgage servicing regulations, compliance standards, and operational practices
- • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- • Skilled at managing multiple priorities and responding quickly to urgent regulatory changes
- • Strong interpersonal, organizational, time-management, and collaborative skills for effective cross-functional teamwork
