• • As Regulatory Counsel at Tilt, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the expansion and ongoing success of our innovative suite of consumer financial products. This is a unique opportunity to embed yourself within a fast-paced, high-growth environment, working collaboratively with key departments including Product, Credit, Marketing, Operations, and Engineering. You will report directly to the General Counsel, contributing significantly to the legal and regulatory strategy of the company.

This involves proactive engagement from the conceptual stage through to launch, ensuring all initiatives are legally sound and compliant.
• • You will be instrumental in drafting and meticulously revising essential disclosures and customer-facing agreements. This includes ensuring absolute consistency between product specifications, regulatory requirements, and the language presented to our customers, thereby safeguarding both the company and our users.
• • A critical aspect of your role will involve reviewing marketing campaigns and promotional materials. Your expertise will ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance with all relevant advertising and consumer protection laws, maintaining Tilt's reputation for integrity.
