  • • As a Regulatory Partnerships Manager Director at Propelus Inc., you will serve as the primary point of contact for state healthcare regulatory boards and agencies, building trust-based relationships to support the growth and expansion of the CE Broker solution within a connected healthcare compliance ecosystem.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities include executing a consistent relationship cadence with assigned stakeholders, mapping CE Broker’s capabilities to agency-specific operational goals, managing opportunities through multi-year government procurement cycles, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of state licensing and continuing education frameworks, coordinating pipelines of new and expansion opportunities, collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Implementation, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth transitions from contract to go-live, and maintaining accurate opportunity tracking in Salesforce with disciplined forecasting and follow-through.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3–5+ years of experience in public sector account management, healthcare, regulatory technology, or a related field
  • • Proven track record of managing relationships within state agencies or licensing boards, with ability to build rapport at operational and leadership levels
  • • Project management mindset: ability to coordinate complex RFPs and contract renewals, ensuring all technical and compliance requirements are met
  • • Patient persistence: comfort navigating long, non-linear government decision cycles
  • • Strong communication skills: ability to present technical solutions clearly and persuasively to diverse stakeholder groups
  • • Strategic Individual Contributor: self-motivated and disciplined in managing territory without constant daily oversight
