  • • This is a highly KPI-driven position focused on the acquisition and management of high-value clients within the APAC region. You will be instrumental in driving sustainable growth across key metrics such as trading volume, assets under management, and revenue. This role demands a deep understanding of our diverse product offerings and solutions, coupled with a professional, consultative approach to client engagement. Success in this position requires a strong goal orientation, rapid learning capabilities, and a willingness to undertake frequent business travel.
  • • **What You’ll Be Doing:**
  • • *Client Acquisition & Expansion:**
  • • Proactively identify and acquire potential high-value clients, including but not limited to professional traders, family offices, and institutional investors, through a multi-channel approach. This includes leveraging in-person visits, attending industry events, engaging in online communities, and cultivating referral networks.
  • • Develop a keen ability to quickly profile and qualify potential clients, understanding their investment profiles and needs to prioritize outreach and engagement.
  • • Maintain a structured and organized lead pipeline, ensuring a consistent follow-up rhythm to nurture prospects from initial contact to conversion.
  • • *Client Relationship Management & Target Delivery:**
  • • Cultivate and maintain robust, long-term relationships with a portfolio of high-value clients, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
  • • Conduct regular reviews and check-ins with clients to gain a comprehensive understanding of their evolving trading needs, capital deployment strategies, and specific product requirements.
  • • Take ultimate responsibility for the performance of your client portfolio, with a direct accountability for key performance indicators (KPIs) including asset under management, trading volume, and revenue contribution.
  • • Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly performance targets, demonstrating a strong drive for results.
  • • *Product & Solutions Advisory:**
  • • Attain and maintain an in-depth knowledge of OKX's extensive product suite and the broader digital asset landscape, including spot trading, perpetual futures, options, wealth management products (Earn), structured products, and more.
  • • Provide clients with expert comparative analysis and tailored recommendations based on their individual needs and market opportunities.
  • • Actively gather client feedback, identify pain points, and collaborate effectively with internal product, operations, and marketing teams to develop and deliver bespoke solutions that address specific client requirements.
  • • *Industry Insight & Continuous Learning:**
  • • Stay at the forefront of the rapidly evolving digital asset industry by continuously tracking market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging product innovations.
  • • Rapidly absorb new information and translate complex concepts into actionable insights and valuable recommendations for your clients.
  • • Serve as a crucial link between the market and internal teams by regularly sharing client feedback, market intelligence, and competitive insights.
  • • Contribute frontline perspectives to inform internal strategy development and product iteration, ensuring OKX remains agile and responsive to market demands.
