- • As a Relationship Manager for Exec Search at Bullhorn, you will serve as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of SMB executive search firms using Invenias, ensuring customer success by helping them navigate challenges, adopt best practices, and maximize value from the platform—directly contributing to Bullhorn’s mission of delivering an incredible customer experience through high-quality products and services.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include acting as the main point of contact for customers, monitoring adoption and usage trends to identify engagement opportunities, supporting renewal conversations, coordinating internal escalations with Product and Support teams, documenting interactions, and acting as the voice of the customer by sharing feedback to shape product evolution—all while supporting customers through key lifecycle moments like onboarding, adoption milestones, and growth.
- • You will work closely with Product, Support, and Sales teams to ensure Invenias remains an essential tool in how executive search firms run their businesses, leveraging your insights to drive both customer satisfaction and product innovation in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that rewards initiative and continuous improvement.

- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in executive search technology, strengthen your consultative relationship management skills, gain exposure to cross-functional collaboration across Product, Sales, and Support, and build a track record of driving customer retention and expansion—positioning you for advancement within Bullhorn’s growing Exec Search practice or broader organization.

- • Strong problem-solving skills with an empathetic, curious, and positive mindset when addressing customer challenges
- • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse personalities while prioritizing customer success
- • Comfort managing a broad portfolio of customers with competing priorities, staying organized and proactive
- • Clear and confident communication skills, both with customers and internal teams
- • Experience working with recruitment software or familiarity with the executive search or staffing industry (bonus)
- • Background in managing renewals or commercial conversations with customers (bonus)
