📋 Description
- • The Relationship Manager will maintain and expand business relationships within an assigned account territory for Experian's Employer Services, focusing on Manufacturing, Technology, and Financial Services sectors.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include researching and understanding client business needs, responding to client requests, acting as a liaison between clients and internal departments, and developing strategic account plans for top clients.
- • The role supports client retention, conducts quarterly business reviews and executive briefings, and collaborates with the Customer Success team on data quality and service improvements.
- • The Relationship Manager will educate clients on new and existing products, generate client advocacy, gather usage insights to demonstrate business value, and refer leads to the Client Development Executive.
- • Reporting to the Sr. Director of Relationship Management, this remote role is based in the United States and contributes to client satisfaction, renewal success, and innovation through voice-of-customer insights.

- • Proven experience in relationship management, account management, or client-facing roles within B2B environments.
- • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients across Manufacturing, Technology, and Financial Services industries.
- • Ability to analyze client usage data and generate insights that demonstrate business value and support retention efforts.
- • Experience collaborating with internal teams such as Customer Success and Sales to align on client goals and service delivery.
- • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts, prioritize tasks, and maintain strategic account plans.
