- • Serve as primary point of contact for 100–125 affluent households, handling service requests, account updates, money movement, and day-to-day questions while delivering comprehensive financial planning across retirement, tax, estate, equity compensation, and goal-based strategies.
- • Own the full client meeting cycle — including preparation, attendance, note-taking, and follow-up — and build deep client relationships so clients come to you first as their trusted advisor.
- • Prepare planning analyses, portfolio reviews, and scenario modeling (such as Roth conversions and distribution strategies) for advisor review, while maintaining meticulous CRM records and workflows across Farther’s platform and planning software.
- • Coordinate with Farther’s centralized operations and investment teams for trade execution and compliance support, and leverage AI tools and the firm’s technology platform to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
- • Join a rapidly growing RIA that combines expert advisors with cutting-edge technology to deliver tailored wealth management, backed by top-tier venture capital and fintech investors, and work within a collaborative team of entrepreneurs passionate about client and teammate success.
- • Contribute to E3 Financial Planning, a high-touch advisory practice on the Farther platform managing over 250+ households nationwide, specializing in guiding women through every stage of their financial journey — from entrepreneurs and working mothers to widows navigating new chapters.
- • Develop expertise in serving affluent clients with complex financial needs, deepen your advisory practice without business development or prospecting responsibilities, and grow your impact in a mission-driven, technology-enabled wealth management environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • CFP® certification with 10+ years of financial planning experience
- • Direct client-facing experience owning relationships, not just supporting them
- • Proficiency with eMoney and/or RightCapital planning software
- • Active user of AI tools in daily workflow — not just open to it, but actively applying it
- • Series 65 (or equivalent) license with a clean U4 record
