• • The Relationship Manager & Servicing Advisor will serve as the primary point of contact for 100–125 affluent households, managing service requests, account updates, money movement, and day-to-day financial questions without any business development or prospecting responsibilities.
• • Day-to-day duties include owning the full client meeting cycle (preparation, attendance, note-taking, and follow-up), delivering comprehensive financial planning across retirement, tax, estate, equity compensation, and goal-based strategies, preparing planning analyses and portfolio reviews for advisor review, maintaining meticulous CRM records in Farther’s platform, and coordinating with centralized ops and investment teams for trade execution and compliance.

• • In this role, the individual will deepen client relationships to become the trusted first point of contact, gain hands-on experience using AI tools and modern wealth tech platforms, refine advanced financial planning expertise, and contribute to scaling a high-touch advisory practice within a fast-growing fintech-driven RIA.
