• • As a Relationship Manager - SVP in Commercial Banking at Associated Bank, you will manage and grow a portfolio of commercial and commercial real estate client relationships, driving retention and net growth in total client assets while ensuring compliance with risk management, credit policy, and regulatory guidelines.
• • Day to day, you will profile and analyze financial data to assess loan requests, recommend appropriate credit structures, collaborate with internal partners to cross-sell products such as Commercial Deposit & Treasury Management, Capital Markets, Private Banking, and Wealth Management, and engage in client and prospect outreach via telephone, in-person calls, and joint initiatives.
