- • Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Release & Change Control Manager to oversee and optimize the entire lifecycle of IT changes and deployments across its enterprise systems and applications.
- • This pivotal role is responsible for ensuring that all IT changes are managed in a controlled, compliant, and risk-averse manner, adhering strictly to organizational policies, industry best practices, and stringent regulatory requirements.
- • You will act as a crucial bridge, fostering seamless collaboration and communication between diverse teams, including development, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), and various business stakeholders, to facilitate smooth service transitions and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- • A core responsibility involves leading and facilitating Change Control Board (CCB) meetings, ensuring that all proposed changes are thoroughly reviewed, assessed for risk, and appropriately approved before implementation.
- • You will be instrumental in maintaining the integrity and effectiveness of ITIL-based change and release management processes, ensuring they are consistently applied and optimized for efficiency.
