- • In this critical role as a Remarketing Operations Specialist, you will be instrumental in managing the end-to-end vehicle remarketing process. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in automotive remarketing and a passion for exceptional customer service. You will be a key player in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our remarketing operations, directly impacting our customers' satisfaction and our company's success.
- • Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of crucial tasks, starting with the meticulous review of OPENLANE inspections. You will be responsible for verifying that all inspections meet our stringent quality standards, ensuring accuracy and completeness. This attention to detail is paramount in identifying any potential issues early in the process.
- • You will actively facilitate the entire remarketing lifecycle for vehicles, from initial review through to their successful sale via digital and physical auction channels. This involves coordinating various stages of the process to ensure a smooth and timely transaction for all parties involved.
- • A significant aspect of this role involves close collaboration with multiple internal departments. You will work cross-functionally with teams such as sales, logistics, and finance to ensure seamless communication and efficient execution of remarketing strategies. Building strong working relationships across the organization will be key to your success.
- • You will play a vital role in reviewing vehicles for arbitration validity. This requires a keen understanding of vehicle condition, market values, and contractual agreements to ensure fair and accurate arbitration decisions.
- • A core objective of this position is to identify and implement strategies aimed at reducing financial impact throughout the remarketing process. This includes optimizing pricing, minimizing holding costs, and ensuring vehicles are remarketed efficiently to achieve the best possible outcomes.
- • You will be the primary point of contact for customers and businesses, engaging with them via phone to provide support, answer inquiries, and facilitate the remarketing process. Delivering outstanding customer service in every interaction is a top priority.
- • The ideal candidate will possess a customer-obsessed mindset, always prioritizing the delivery of exceptional service to colleagues, inspectors, and clients. Your strategic thinking will enable you to understand complex issues, collaborate effectively with stakeholders, and implement robust solutions.
