- • Own the full sales cycle for Quench’s bottle-free water solutions across the hospitality vertical—hotels, resorts, restaurants, golf courses, and casinos—working 100 % remotely from anywhere in the continental U.S.
- • Drive 70 % new-logo acquisition and 30 % expansion within an assigned geographic territory, translating to a balanced pipeline of fresh opportunities and deepening relationships with existing accounts.
- • Prospect daily through multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn, video, virtual events) using Salesloft cadences and Salesforce to log every touchpoint, forecast accurately, and keep pipeline hygiene at world-class levels.
- • Research and map each prospect’s org chart to identify General Managers, Directors of Food & Beverage, Directors of Operations, and other economic buyers; craft hyper-relevant messaging that ties Quench’s filtered water, ice, sparkling, and coffee systems to their guest-experience KPIs, sustainability mandates, and cost-saving goals.
- • Deliver tailored virtual demos and ROI presentations that quantify reduced plastic waste, lower total cost of ownership, and elevated brand perception for eco-conscious travelers.
- • Collaborate with Marketing to refine hospitality-specific battle cards, case studies, and email templates; feed real-time field intelligence back to leadership so campaigns stay razor-sharp.
- • Partner with Service and Implementation teams to ensure smooth installs and high NPS, turning satisfied clients into enthusiastic references and upsell opportunities.
- • Monitor industry trends—water quality regulations, LEED requirements, labor shortages, guest preference shifts—and translate insights into consultative talking points that position Quench as a strategic partner, not just a vendor.
- • Maintain rigorous weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs: 60+ outbound activities, 15+ qualified discovery calls, 5+ proposals, and consistent quota attainment (Year 1 OTE $80-100k, Year 2 $100-130k, uncapped commissions).
- • Travel up to 20 % for high-value site visits, trade shows (e.g., AHLA, NRA), and key account reviews; mileage reimbursed up to $700/month.
- • Champion Quench’s “Be Quenchy” culture—positivity, dependability, honesty, and collaboration—while balancing life and work from your home office, favorite coffee shop, or beach chair.
- • Leverage internal enablement tools (Highspot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to shorten sales cycles and increase win rates.
- • Contribute to weekly pipeline reviews and quarterly business planning sessions, offering data-driven insights that shape go-to-market strategy for the entire hospitality vertical.
