- • As a Remote Bilingual Customer Support Representative for a leading global music streaming platform, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them navigate the platform, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure an optimal listening experience through inbound messaging in Dutch and English.
- • Day to day, you will respond to customer inquiries via inbound messages in both Dutch and English, manage 3-5 simultaneous chats, deliver top-tier support under pressure, and maintain professional communication while resolving issues swiftly and creating personalized, memorable experiences.
- • You will join ModSquad’s all-remote team, a trusted partner to major brands including Spotify, VSCO, and Vimeo, providing customer experience services across 90 countries and 50+ languages, with a focus on innovation in trust and safety, community management, and social media services.
- • In this role, you will develop advanced multilingual customer support skills, gain experience with high-volume messaging platforms, strengthen your ability to multitask under pressure, and contribute to global customer satisfaction for a major music streaming service while working with a diverse, inclusive remote team.
🎯 Requirements
- • Fluency in both Dutch and English with professional-level communication skills in both languages
- • Experience providing customer support through inbound messaging
- • Ability to handle 3-5 simultaneous chats in previous roles
- • Access to a dedicated laptop or desktop running Windows 11 or macOS Sequoia/Tahoe with at least 8 GB RAM
- • Stable broadband internet connection with minimum 25 Mbps speed
- • Willingness to install ModSquad security software and a 2FA app on your mobile device
