- • As a Remote Bilingual Customer Support Representative for a leading global music streaming platform, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, helping them navigate the platform, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure an optimal listening experience through inbound messaging in French and English.
- • Day to day, you will respond to customer inquiries via inbound messages in both French and English, manage 3-5 simultaneous chats, troubleshoot platform-related issues, and deliver personalized, memorable support experiences while maintaining composure under pressure.
- • You will join ModSquad’s all-remote team, a trusted partner to top global brands including Spotify, Vimeo, and Tourism Ireland, providing customer experience services across 90+ countries and 50+ languages, with a focus on innovation, inclusivity, and high-quality support.
- • In this role, you will develop advanced bilingual communication skills, gain experience supporting a major music streaming platform, refine multitasking and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced remote environment, and build expertise in customer experience services for international brands.
🎯 Requirements
- • Fluency in both French and English with professional-level communication skills in both languages
- • Experience providing customer support through inbound messaging
- • Ability to handle 3-5 simultaneous chats effectively
- • Willingness to complete mandatory language assessments in French and English
- • Access to a dedicated laptop or desktop running Windows 11 or macOS Sequoia/Tahoe with at least 8 GB RAM
- • Stable broadband internet connection with minimum 25 Mbps speed
