- • As a Remote Bilingual Customer Support Representative for a leading global music streaming platform, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them navigate the platform, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensuring they have the best possible listening experience through inbound messaging in German and English.
- • Day to day, you will respond to customer inquiries via inbound messages in both German and English, handle 3-5 simultaneous chats, deliver top-tier support under pressure, and maintain professional-level communication while creating personalized, memorable experiences for every customer.
- • You will join ModSquad’s all-remote team, a trusted partner to top global brands including Spotify, VSCO, and Vimeo, providing customer experience services across 50+ languages and 90+ countries with a focus on trust, safety, community management, and social media services.
- • In this role, you will develop advanced multilingual customer support skills, gain experience with high-volume inbound messaging platforms, strengthen your ability to manage multiple concurrent chats under pressure, and grow within a company that values diversity, equity, and inclusion while working with renowned international brands.
🎯 Requirements
- • Fluency in German and English with professional-level communication skills in both languages
- • Experience providing support through inbound messaging and handling 3-5 simultaneous chats in previous roles
- • Dedicated laptop or desktop computer running Windows 11 or macOS Sequoia/Tahoe with at least 8 GB of RAM
- • Stable broadband internet connection with minimum speed of 25 Mbps and willingness to install ModSquad security software and a 2FA app on mobile device
- • Access to a webcam or smartphone capable of capturing clear photos, with dual monitors strongly recommended
- • Availability for 40 hours per week during 8-week orientation (Phase 1: 4 weeks, 4 AM–1 PM PT; Phase 2: 4 weeks self-scheduled) and ability to work 25 hours/week production with 12 hours required on weekends
