- • The role is part of ModSquad’s all-remote team supporting a major music streaming client, with a focus on delivering personalized, memorable experiences through consistent, high-quality service.

🎯 Requirements
- • Fluency in both Korean and English with professional-level communication skills
- • Experience providing customer support via inbound messaging
- • Ability to handle 3-5 simultaneous chats effectively
- • Access to a dedicated laptop or desktop running Windows 11 or macOS Sequoia/Tahoe
- • Stable broadband internet connection with minimum 25 Mbps speed
- • Willingness to install required security software and 2FA app on mobile device
