- • Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to inbound customer messages, troubleshooting technical issues, guiding users through platform features, and ensuring a seamless listening experience while managing 3-5 simultaneous chats.
- • Join an all-remote team supporting over 50 languages across 90+ countries, working with top brands like Spotify, VSCO, and Vimeo, where customer satisfaction and technical fluency are paramount.
- • Develop expertise in multicultural customer service, gain hands-on experience with a major music streaming platform, and build skills in high-volume chat support, conflict resolution, and cross-cultural communication within a trusted industry leader.
🎯 Requirements
- • Fluency in Thai and English with professional-level communication skills
- • Experience providing support via inbound messaging
- • Ability to handle 3-5 simultaneous chats
- • Dedicated laptop or desktop running Windows 11 or macOS Sequoia/Tahoe
- • Stable broadband internet connection with minimum 25 Mbps speed
- • At least 8 GB of RAM
