- • Answer incoming calls and emails from customers currently traveling or interested in purchasing or researching travel, following standard scripts and procedures.
- • Greet and converse with customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner.
- • Effectively turn customer inquiries into sales by utilizing appropriate selling techniques to meet revenue and close rate goals.
- • Research travel rates, destinations, options, and packages to provide accurate and timely information to customers.
- • Read provided scripts verbatim while maintaining sales and quality standards.
- • Accurately answer general travel and site-related questions, including inquiries about itinerary changes and cancellations.
- • Provide information, suggestions, and travel options in a manner that is accurate, meets customer needs, and encourages purchase decisions.
- • Promote and sell products or services, including soliciting new or additional services during customer interactions.
- • Process calls to achieve or exceed daily performance metrics while maintaining average talk time consistent with operational requirements.
- • Meet or exceed established quality standards for customer service and sales performance.
- • Accurately track and report call types and service issues to support continuous improvement and compliance.
- • Utilize GDS platform systems to manage reservations, bookings, and customer itineraries after receiving provided training.
- • Maintain bilingual communication in both English and French, both orally and in writing, to serve clients across Canada and worldwide.
- • Demonstrate knowledge of corporate and leisure travel industry practices, including international booking procedures.
- • Adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
🎯 Requirements
- • High school degree or equivalent (required)
- • Two years of customer sales, upsales, telemarketing, and service experience (required)
- • Two years of corporate or leisure travel industry experience (required)
- • One year of international booking experience (required)
- • Bilingualism in French and English, both oral and written (required)
- • College or some college degree (preferred)
