📋 Description
- • As a Remote Call Center Agent at Jerry Technologies Inc., you will play a vital role in helping car owners save time and money by supporting them with insurance policy changes and inquiries, directly contributing to customer retention and satisfaction in a fast-growing fintech startup serving over 5 million users.
- • Day to day, you will respond to inbound customer calls, process service requests such as adding or removing vehicles and drivers, updating lienholder information, sending policy documents, and assisting customers with questions about coverages, benefits, or policy changes while working to retain policyholders at risk of cancellation.
- • You will join a mission-driven team at Jerry.ai, a company redefining car ownership through AI-powered automation, backed by over $240 million in funding and recognized as the #1 rated AllCar app in the App Store with a 4.7-star rating.
- • In this role, you will develop strong customer service and insurance industry expertise, gain experience with multiple carrier systems, and build communication and problem-solving skills while working remotely with provided equipment and ongoing mentorship from leadership.

- • Hourly wage of $19.00 - $21.00
- • Jerry Technologies Inc. will pay for your P&C license (expected within 60 days after starting)
