- • As a Remote Call Center Agent at Jerry Technologies Inc., you will play a vital role in supporting millions of car owners by helping them manage and modify their insurance policies through one of the nation’s fastest-growing fintech startups. - • Day to day, you will respond to inbound customer calls, process service requests such as adding or removing vehicles and drivers, updating lienholder information, and sending policy documents. You will also assist customers with questions about coverage, policy benefits, and make policy changes as needed, while actively working to retain customers at risk of cancellation through empathetic problem-solving and solution-finding.
