• • The Remote Cardiometabolic RN role at 9am.ai Inc. is a full-time position focused on delivering patient-centered health coaching and chronic disease management for individuals with cardiometabolic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and obesity. This role is critical to 9amHealth’s mission of creating a new standard of care through a whole-body, telehealth-based approach that integrates medical expertise with compassionate, personalized support.
• • Day to day, the RN will conduct virtual patient consultations via chat, phone, and video; triage symptoms and side effects using internal protocols; provide education and coaching on disease management and lifestyle interventions; coordinate care with providers and cross-functional teams; create consults aligned with clinical protocols; and maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant documentation of all patient interactions.
