- • The Remote Clinical Pharmacist II role at Alignment Healthcare is critical to ensuring compliance with CMS regulations and supporting Medicare Part D programs that directly impact the health and well-being of seniors and chronically ill members.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing Part D coverage determinations, appeals, and grievances; leading targeted provider and member outreach; delivering Medication Therapy Management services; overseeing PBM-delegated operations; and ensuring audit readiness and regulatory compliance across pharmacy benefit programs.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in Medicare Part D regulatory affairs, clinical decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration while contributing to quality improvement initiatives that affect Star Ratings and member outcomes.
🎯 Requirements
- • Active and unrestricted Pharmacist license in the applicable state(s)
- • Minimum of 3 years of pharmacy experience at a health plan, PBM, or managed care organization
- • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related health science discipline
🏖️ Benefits
- • Competitive pay range of $130,332.00 - $195,498.00 based on experience, education, and responsibilities
- • Opportunity to work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. with occasional onsite travel to Orange, CA (up to 10% of time)
- • Standard Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PST schedule with potential for rotational weekend shifts as needed
