  • • As the Commercial Director for the DACH region, you will lead a team of sales professionals focused on driving new business acquisition within Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer and playing a pivotal role in executing regional sales initiatives to ensure the team meets their targets.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing and mentoring a sales team, conducting coaching and development sessions, implementing regional sales strategies, monitoring the sales pipeline, acting as the primary point of contact for sales activities in DACH, providing insights on regional market trends, and tracking, forecasting, and analyzing sales metrics to evaluate performance and optimize efficiency.
  • • RoomPriceGenie is a fast-growing SaaS company founded in 2017 that helps hoteliers globally optimize pricing through AI-powered algorithms, with a mission to support small hotels facing digitalization challenges and lost revenue, serving customers across the USA, Canada, Iceland, South Africa, China, Slovenia, Italy, and the UK.
  • • In this role, you will develop leadership expertise in scaling sales teams, deepen your understanding of the DACH hospitality technology market, drive measurable revenue growth, and strengthen RoomPriceGenie’s market position through data-driven decision-making and cross-functional collaboration.
