  • • Join ModSquad as a Remote Customer Service Agent in Nigeria, where you’ll be the friendly voice customers interact with first, tackling inquiries, solving problems, and leaving each customer with a smile while representing the company’s values and helping create outstanding customer experiences.
  • • Day to day, you’ll respond swiftly and professionally to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, escalate complex cases when necessary, maintain organized CRM records, ensure full resolution and 100% satisfaction, educate customers on product features, adhere to company protocols, and provide feedback on common issues to suggest improvements.
