- • As a Remote Customer Service Representative at Copart, Inc., you will be the face of the company, providing exceptional service to internal and external customers by facilitating vehicle releases from body shops, residences, and other locations, directly supporting Copart’s mission as a global leader in online vehicle auctions.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include understanding customer needs, answering and placing professional calls, resolving inquiries via phone (with potential expansion to chat and email), using company resources to gather information, ensuring timely follow-ups, and maintaining high call quality based on knowledge, professionalism, and resolution efficiency.
- • Copart is a technology-driven global online vehicle auction platform with over 200 facilities worldwide, connecting sellers to more than 750,000 buyers across 190+ countries, committed to delivering unmatched customer experiences through people, processes, and innovation.

🎯 Requirements
- • One year of office support experience in a customer service role preferred
- • High school diploma or equivalent
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- • Proficiency with MS Suite and office equipment
- • Typing speed of 45 WPM
- • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- • Professional appearance and attitude
- • Bilingual skills considered a plus
