• • Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting welcome calls, onboarding new members, scheduling appointments, resolving eligibility and benefits inquiries, coordinating with providers, managing referrals and authorizations, and performing proactive outreach to ensure members receive timely, high-quality support throughout their healthcare journey.
