- • The Remote-Customer Service Representative (Bilingual in Spanish) plays a vital role in supporting Alignment Healthcare’s mission to put seniors first by providing compassionate, coordinated care navigation for members in their respective markets.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting welcome calls, onboarding new members, scheduling appointments, resolving eligibility and benefits inquiries, coordinating with providers, managing referrals and authorizations, and performing proactive outreach to ensure members receive timely, high-quality support throughout their healthcare journey.
