- • As a Remote Customer Support Agent (P&C) at Jerry Technologies Inc., you will play a vital role in helping car owners save time and money by supporting them with insurance policy changes and inquiries, directly contributing to customer retention and satisfaction in a fast-growing fintech startup serving over 5 million users.
- • Day to day, you will respond to inbound calls from existing customers, process service requests such as adding or removing vehicles and drivers, updating lienholder information, sending policy documents, and assisting with coverage questions or policy modifications to ensure accurate and timely support.
