- • As a Remote Customer Support Agent (P&C) at Jerry Technologies Inc., you will play a vital role in helping car owners save time and money by supporting them with insurance policy changes and inquiries, directly contributing to customer retention and satisfaction in a fast-growing fintech startup serving over 5 million users.
- • Day to day, you will respond to inbound customer calls, process service requests such as adding or removing vehicles and drivers, updating lienholder information, sending policy documents, and assisting customers with questions about coverages, benefits, and policy changes while working to retain policyholders at risk of cancellation.
- • You will join a passionate, curious, and egoless team at Jerry.ai, a company backed by over $240 million in financing and recognized as the #1 rated AllCar app in the App Store, where innovation in AI and machine learning drives efforts to simplify car ownership for millions.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in property and casualty insurance processes, gain hands-on experience with a wide range of insurance carriers (55+ partners), and build valuable customer service and problem-solving skills while receiving ongoing training and mentorship from leadership.

- • 2+ years of experience working in a call center environment

- • Hourly wage of $19.00 - $21.00
- • Jerry Technologies Inc. will pay for your P&C license (expected within 60 days after starting)
