- • As a Remote Customer Support Associate at Cengage Learning Holdings II, Inc., you will play a vital role in helping students and educators access the tools they need to succeed, directly supporting the company’s mission to drive innovation in education and empower learners worldwide.
- • Day to day, you will handle customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and case management systems related to orders, adjustments, gratis copy requests, digital product registrations, and general product or process questions, while navigating multiple internal software applications to resolve issues and identify trends for improvement.
- • You will be part of a mission-driven team at Cengage Group, a global education technology company serving millions of learners, where inclusion, engagement, and discovery are core cultural values that foster innovation and employee well-being.

🎯 Requirements
