- • Remote Customer Support role providing inbound phone support for an insurance technology platform, ensuring smooth customer experiences when agents are unavailable.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include handling high-volume inbound calls, maintaining strong attention to detail, clear verbal communication, and critical thinking while working in a quiet, professional environment.
- • Part of ModSquad, a global customer experience services provider partnering with technology companies to support brands like Spotify, VSCO, and Vimeo across 90+ countries and 50+ languages.
- • Opportunity to develop customer service expertise, technical proficiency with insurance software platforms, and remote work discipline within a trusted industry leader in CX services.
🎯 Requirements
- • Previous data entry experience
- • Experience providing high-volume phone support
- • Typing speed of 45+ WPM
- • Strong multitasking and time-management skills
- • Dedicated laptop or desktop computer running Windows 11 (Macs and Chromebooks not supported)
- • Willingness to install ModSquad security software and AWS tools on computer and mobile device
- • Access to smartphone capable of taking photos and installing apps
- • Stable broadband internet connection of 50 Mbps or higher
- • 8 GB RAM or greater
- • Dual monitors highly recommended
