  • • This is a seasonal, remote customer support role focused on handling inbound phone calls for a property tax savings service, where you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking help with overpayment refunds and account inquiries.
  • • Day to day, you will respond to inbound customer calls, answer questions about the client’s tax-saving software and sign-up process, provide updates on account status and service progress, and deliver empathetic, accurate, and informative support to help users navigate the service.
  • • You will be part of ModSquad, a global customer experience services provider that partners with major brands across industries to deliver support, moderation, and community management, operating primarily as a remote-first company with a mission to reinvent customer experience since 2007.
  • • In this role, you will develop strong communication and problem-solving skills, gain experience in a fast-paced remote support environment, and build expertise in customer service best practices while contributing to a mission-driven service that helps property owners save money.

🎯 Requirements

  • • A pleasant and professional phone presence
  • • Previous call center experience preferred, but not required
  • • Strong multitasking and research skills
  • • Curiosity and willingness to learn new information daily
  • • Positive, energetic attitude with a genuine desire to help others
  • • Dedicated laptop or desktop with Windows 10 or newer, 8 GB RAM minimum, wired Ethernet connection, noise-canceling headset, and quiet workspace
