• • This is a remote, seasonal email support role focused on assisting property owners with a software platform that helps lower property taxes through automation and data-driven insights. The role is not sales-oriented but centers on delivering empathetic, accurate, and helpful customer service via email.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries via email, answering questions about the client’s services and sign-up process, providing updates on existing accounts and service status, and ensuring all interactions are informative, accurate, and delivered with empathy.
• • You will be part of ModSquad, a global leader in customer experience services since 2007, supporting clients ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies across industries including entertainment, tourism, and technology. ModSquad operates primarily remotely and supports over 50 languages in more than 90 countries.
• • In this role, you will develop strong written communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills while gaining experience with a tech-driven property tax savings platform. You’ll also build discipline in remote work environments with structured scheduling and security protocols.
