📋 Description

• As Remote Director, Software Engineering at Alignment Healthcare, you will lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, high-performance healthcare applications that directly improve patient outcomes for seniors and the chronically ill.
• You will lead and mentor multiple agile software engineering teams, drive the full software development lifecycle, provide technical leadership in .NET Core, React.js, and Azure, and stay hands-on with code reviews and architectural proof-of-concepts.
