- • As a Customer Experience Specialist at Signet Jewelers Limited, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers calling into the Contact Center, providing professional, courteous, and grateful assistance on every telephone call to ensure each interaction leaves the customer feeling valued and supported.
- • Day to day, you will deliver exceptional, personalized resolutions tailored to each customer’s needs, maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions, multitask confidently by documenting, researching, and engaging with customers in real time, and manage escalated concerns with empathy, patience, and professionalism while meeting or exceeding expectations for production, call efficiency, schedule adherence, and quality.
