- • The Remote Guest Services Specialist role is critical to ensuring seamless communication and satisfaction for guests of property management clients, directly supporting Extenteam’s mission to streamline vacation rental operations through AI-assisted SaaS and dedicated team support.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to guest inquiries via email, phone, and OTA platforms; managing bookings and reservations; resolving complaints; maintaining communication templates; coordinating with property managers and owners; handling vendor liaisons for maintenance; performing data entry for property onboarding; managing calendars and inboxes; and supporting off-season operational tasks like deep cleaning schedules and inventory documentation.
- • Extenteam is a scaling startup revolutionizing the short-term vacation rental industry with a tech-first, subscription-based model, aiming to double its Monthly Recurring Revenue by January 2026. The company operates globally with hubs in Miami, LA, Medellin, and expanding into Europe, supported by a core team of 50 and over 400 Dedicated Team Members (DTMs) serving clients worldwide.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in guest relations, property management workflows, and SaaS-supported operations; sharpen communication and problem-solving skills; gain exposure to AI-integrated hospitality tech; and grow within a high-performance, founder-mode culture that values data-driven decisions, meticulous attention to detail, and collaborative excellence.

- • Excellent written and verbal English skills for phone, text, and email communication
- • Previous experience in guest services, reservations, or a related field
