- • As a Remote Inbound Sales Agent at Jerry Technologies Inc., you will leverage your high-end retail expertise to guide customers through insurance decisions in a fast-paced fintech environment, turning trusted service into high-earning potential without the pressure of cold calling.
- • You will answer inbound calls from users who have already initiated their insurance search via the Jerry app, providing expert, consultative guidance to help them compare over 55 insurance providers and select policies that match their budget and needs.
- • Your day will involve actively listening to customer concerns, simplifying complex insurance options into clear, relatable advice, and resolving objections in real time to build confidence and trust throughout the decision-making process.
- • You will close sales by helping customers finalize their new insurance policies during the call, using Jerry’s intuitive platform and tools to streamline enrollment and ensure a seamless, satisfying experience.
- • You’ll work 100% remotely with flexible scheduling—choosing between five 8-hour days or four 10-hour days—while receiving full equipment support and ongoing coaching to thrive in a performance-driven, tech-enabled sales environment.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in a high-standard retail environment such as Apple Store, Microsoft Store, Nordstrom, Lululemon, Disney, or Costco.
- • Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for helping people and maintaining a positive, upbeat attitude during customer interactions.
- • Ability to multitask effectively—navigating multiple computer systems and screens while engaging in clear, professional phone conversations.
- • No prior insurance license required; willingness to complete company-paid training and pass the licensing exam within the first two weeks.
- • Comfort working in a remote, tech-focused setting with reliable internet and a distraction-free workspace.
- • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences through active listening, problem-solving, and solution-oriented communication.
