📋 Description

• • This role is for an Independent Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) working as a 1099 contractor who wants clinical autonomy without administrative burden, enabling focus on high-quality patient care while the company handles operations, billing, and staffing.
• • Day to day, the BCBA will conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs), design individualized treatment plans, supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), analyze client progress data, collaborate with families through parent coaching, and ensure documentation meets medical necessity standards—all while setting their own schedule and caseload size.
• • Tello Mobile (operating as Tellos in this context) provides backend operations support for behavioral health clinicians, managing credentialing, billing, RBT staffing, and client acquisition so providers can focus exclusively on clinical decision-making and patient outcomes.
• • In this role, the BCBA can achieve full control over their workload and schedule, build a sustainable practice with reduced burnout, gain experience in leading a clinical team via RBT supervision, and earn up to $125,000+ annually based on caseload volume, all while maintaining ethical standards under the BACB Ethics Code.
