Your primary responsibility will be to meticulously review customer information, ensuring it meets all required standards for rental approval before dispatching the equipment.
  • • This position involves a blend of inbound and outbound communication, requiring you to handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and engage in outbound calls for verification purposes, while also interacting with customers through chat to clarify information and facilitate the rental process.
  • • You will be instrumental in guiding customers through the digital rental journey, ensuring a seamless and compliant experience.
  • • A key aspect of this role is the ability to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously, whether through digital channels, chat, or phone calls, demonstrating exceptional multitasking capabilities.
  • • You will be responsible for claiming sessions for customers engaging with U-Haul via the Truck Share 24/7 platform, acting as their primary point of contact for any issues or questions that arise during the rental process.
  • • A significant part of your day will involve reviewing each rental session for accuracy, ensuring all data points are correct and all necessary documentation is in order.
  • • You will leverage instructional materials and company policies to determine the proper course of action for each customer interaction, making informed decisions to approve or address potential issues with rentals.
