- • The Remote Member Experience Lead at Alignment Healthcare serves as a subject matter expert in healthcare member experience, supporting inbound and outbound call operations while driving team performance and ensuring adherence to quality, production, and service standards.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include acting as the go-to expert for resolving member inquiries, leading special projects or regional initiatives, handling tier-two customer interactions (inbound and outbound calls), addressing member complaints via formal grievance procedures, and monitoring team performance against productivity and quality benchmarks.
- • The role involves coaching and onboarding new staff through live call monitoring and 'nesting' practices, collaborating with trainers and QA specialists to identify skill gaps, and participating in management meetings to report trends and recommend improvements.

🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum three (3) years of customer service experience
- • High School Diploma or GED
- • Knowledge of Medicare Managed Care Plans required
- • Ability to type 40+ words per minute and use 10-key by touch
- • Effective written and oral communication skills; ability to build constructive relationships with diverse stakeholders
- • Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
