- • As a Remote Member Service Representative - Part Time at Copart, Inc., you will serve as the face of the company, often being the first point of contact for customers seeking vehicle release services and support. This role is vital to ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience in Copart’s global online vehicle auction platform, which connects sellers to over 750,000 buyers across 190+ countries.
- • Day to day, you will answer and place professional calls to obtain vehicle releases from body shops, residences, and other locations, resolve customer inquiries via phone (with potential expansion to chat and email), use company resources to gather information, document interactions, and follow up on cases to ensure timely resolution. You will also perform general office support tasks as needed and maintain high standards of call quality based on knowledge, professionalism, and responsiveness.

🎯 Requirements
- • One year of office support experience in a customer service role preferred
- • High School diploma
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- • Computer proficiency with MS Suite and typing speed of 45 WPM
- • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- • Bilingual skills considered a plus
