- • Remote Membership Sales and Service Representative role at AAA Auto Club Group, responsible for handling inbound and outbound member calls to drive sales, resolve inquiries, and deliver exceptional service in a remote call center environment.
- • Day-to-day duties include processing membership renewals, upgrades, billing inquiries, and payments; cross-selling club products using consultative selling techniques; assisting members with travel planning, directions, discounts, and rewards programs; handling disaster-related support; and adhering to performance metrics such as call handling and schedule adherence.
- • AAA Auto Club Group is the second largest AAA club in North America, serving over 14 million members across 14 states and two U.S. territories through AAA, Meemic, and Fremont brands, committed to innovation, technology, and an inclusive workforce.

🎯 Requirements
- • High school diploma or equivalent
- • Minimum 6 months of customer service/sales experience in a fast-paced computer-automated business environment
- • Basic PC navigation, internet usage, email, and multitasking between applications
- • Excellent communication and customer service skills with ability to set personal goals and work in a team
- • Ability to set up computer equipment and troubleshoot minor connectivity issues
- • Must qualify, obtain, and maintain applicable state licenses for selling/servicing ACG products
