- • Originate and manage purchase-focused mortgage loans from application through closing, ensuring full compliance with all regulatory and company requirements.
- • Convert Zillow-provided purchase opportunities into funded loans through proactive borrower outreach and consultative loan consultation.
- • Build and maintain strong relationships with homebuyers and, where applicable, with Zillow Preferred Agents and local real estate partners.
- • Manage an active loan pipeline while consistently meeting defined service levels, productivity metrics, and funding targets.
- • Utilize Zillow’s CRM, loan origination systems (LOS), and data-driven tools to monitor pipeline health, track customer engagement, and optimize workflow efficiency.
- • Collaborate closely with centralized processing, underwriting, and closing teams to ensure timely and accurate loan movement through the pipeline.
- • Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through consistent, professional communication via phone, email, and text.
- • Stay current on evolving market trends, lending programs, and federal/state regulatory requirements to provide tailored financing solutions to borrowers.
- • Maintain active NMLS licensing, complete required continuing education, and participate in ongoing professional development programs.
- • Record and store voiceprints for operational and compliance purposes as part of standard loan origination procedures.
- • Operate remotely from a principal place of residence physically located within the state of Illinois, with optional time spent working at a company office.
- • Work in either a high-volume, phone-based, lead-driven environment or a consultative, market-focused model centered on Zillow Preferred Agents, based on individual strengths and team alignment.
- • Adhere to a structured, performance-driven culture with clearly defined KPIs and metrics-based expectations for loan volume, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
- • Demonstrate proficiency in CRM platforms, loan origination systems, and Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- • Ensure all activities comply with federal, state, and local laws, as well as Zillow Group’s internal policies and ethical standards.
