• • As a Remote Mortgage Loan Officer at Zillow Home Loans, you will originate and manage purchase mortgage loans from application through closing, guiding borrowers from first contact to funding while delivering a best-in-class customer experience within Zillow’s FinTech division.
• • Day to day, you will convert company-provided purchase opportunities into funded loans through proactive follow-up and effective borrower consultation, manage an active pipeline while meeting defined service levels and productivity metrics, and leverage Zillow’s CRM, loan origination systems, and data-driven tools to maintain pipeline health and customer engagement.
• • You will join a collaborative, high-energy team of innovators and problem solvers at Zillow Group’s FinTech division, working within a purchase-focused mission supported by industry-leading technology, brand, centralized operations, and leadership support, with the option to operate in either a high-volume, lead-driven phone-based environment or a consultative, market-based model focused on building strategic partnerships with Zillow Preferred Agents.
