  • • Originate and manage purchase mortgage loans from application through closing while ensuring full compliance with all regulatory and company requirements.
  • • Convert Zillow-provided purchase opportunities into funded loans through proactive follow-up, borrower consultation, and timely execution.
  • • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and, where applicable, with Zillow Preferred Agents and local real estate partners.
  • • Manage an active loan pipeline while meeting defined service levels, productivity metrics, and funding targets in a performance-driven environment.
  • • Leverage Zillow’s CRM, loan origination systems (LOS), and data-driven tools to monitor pipeline health, track customer engagement, and optimize workflow efficiency.
  • • Collaborate closely with centralized processing, underwriting, and closing teams to ensure seamless, efficient loan movement from application to funding.
  • • Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through consistent, high-quality communication via phone, email, and text.
  • • Stay current on evolving market trends, lending programs, and federal/state regulatory requirements to provide tailored financing solutions to borrowers.
  • • Maintain active NMLS licensing, complete required continuing education, and participate in ongoing professional development programs.
  • • Record and store voiceprints for operational and compliance purposes as part of standard business practices.
  • • Operate remotely from a principal place of residence physically located within the state of Ohio, with optional in-office work at company locations.
  • • Adhere to strict location requirements; any future relocation outside Ohio requires company review and approval and may be denied based on business needs.
  • • Work within a structured, metrics-based environment with clearly defined KPIs tied to loan volume, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
  • • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and other digital platforms to manage daily tasks, documentation, and communication.
  • • Demonstrate consultative sales skills and a deep understanding of the mortgage origination process, with a focus on purchase transactions rather than refinances.
